Assisted Reproductive Technology

Assisted Reproductive Technology

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)

IVF is our most comprehensive fertility treatment. Eggs are retrieved from the ovaries, fertilized with sperm in our world-class laboratory, and the resulting embryos are carefully developed before transfer to the uterus.

Also includes:

Low Stimulation IVFNatural Cycle IVFICSIAssisted Hatching

What to expect

  • 01 Initial consultation and comprehensive diagnostic workup
  • 02 Ovarian stimulation with personalized medication protocols
  • 03 Egg retrieval under anesthesia
  • 04 Fertilization and embryo development in our CAP-certified lab
  • 05 Embryo monitoring with EmbryoScope+ time-lapse technology
  • 06 Fresh or frozen embryo transfer
  • 07 Pregnancy testing and early pregnancy monitoring

Assisted Reproductive Technology

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)

IUI is a minimally invasive first-line treatment that places prepared sperm directly into the uterus at the time of ovulation, increasing the chances of fertilization.

What to expect

  • 01 Monitoring of natural or medically-stimulated cycle
  • 02 Sperm preparation and concentration
  • 03 Timed insemination procedure
  • 04 Appropriate for select candidates based on thorough evaluation

What to expect

  • 01 PGT-A: Aneuploidy screening for chromosomal balance
  • 02 PGT-M: Monogenic disease testing for inherited conditions
  • 03 PGT-SR: Structural rearrangement analysis

  • 02 Frozen embryo transfer (FET) with hormone priming
  • 03 Ultrasound guidance for precise catheter placement
  • 04 Single embryo transfer protocols to minimize multiple pregnancy risk

Assisted Reproductive Technology

Ovulation Induction

For patients who do not ovulate regularly, medication-based protocols stimulate the ovaries to develop and release one or more mature eggs, creating optimal conditions for conception.

What to expect

  • 01 Oral and injectable medication options
  • 02 Cycle monitoring with ultrasound and hormone testing
  • 03 Timed intercourse or IUI coordination

Donors, Surrogacy & Inclusive Care

Building a family takes many forms. IRFC supports every path with expertise, compassion, and complete inclusivity.

Donor Egg Program

IRFC offers access to a comprehensive egg donor database, including our partnership with Fairfax EggBank, the largest egg bank in the United States. Our coordinators guide recipients through every step of the selection and matching process.

LGBTQIA+ Family Building

IRFC is proud to offer inclusive, affirming care to same-sex couples and single individuals. Whether through sperm donation, egg donation, reciprocal IVF, or gestational surrogacy, we help all families grow.
