Dr. Yufen Xie is the IVF Laboratory Director at IRFC and one of the most accomplished clinical embryologists practicing in the United States. She brings more than two decades of expertise in reproductive science — and a career defined by an uncompromising standard of excellence.

The milestone that defines her reputation came in 2016, when Dr. Xie led the IRFC embryology team to achieve the highest IVF success rates in the United States as reported to SART. That ranking was not the result of patient selection — it was the result of meticulous science, relentless quality management, and the belief that every embryo deserves the best possible environment to develop.

Dr. Xie oversees every aspect of IRFC's laboratory operations: from the culture media and incubation systems used to develop embryos, to the cryopreservation protocols that protect frozen eggs and embryos, to the quality assurance systems that ensure consistency across every cycle.
