Dr. James P. Lin is the founder of Reproductive Fertility Center (RFC) and serves as Founder and Medical Director of IRFC — the practice born from the union of RFC and Incinta Fertility. With over 20 years of experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, he is widely recognized as one of Southern California's most accomplished and trusted fertility specialists.

Dr. Lin established RFC on a foundational belief that has never wavered: that a fertility clinic should feel like "both a family and a home." Under his leadership, RFC earned designation as a Kaiser Permanente Center of Excellence across Southern California — one of the most rigorous independent quality recognitions in reproductive medicine — and became one of the largest Fairfax EggBank production facilities in the United States.

Dr. Lin is internationally recognized for his clinical expertise and his philosophy of treating every patient as an individual rather than a diagnosis. He combines deep technical expertise with a communication style that patients consistently describe as honest, clear, and compassionate — never dismissive, never falsely reassuring.

He continues to practice clinically, seeing patients personally and playing an active role in IRFC's medical leadership as the practice grows across Southern California.
